HOW WE MANAGE CONDOMINIUM MULTI-UNIT EMERGENCY WATER LOSS
We use custom authorization forms for each unit or area affected. We understand the complexity of invoicing a multi unit water loss. Even if it is a small job under the Corporations Insurance Deductible, the paperwork needs to be in order. Regardless if anyone is making an insurance claim or not, the invoice needs to be detailed and with lots of photos showing why the service was needed in the first place.
Hiring an IICRC Certified professional who knows how to use all the industry software, makes the claim get closed in the least expense manner. Without legal action required!
